Support Engineer II

SUMMARY


+ Research electrical, electronic, and mechanical design and obsolescence problems of existing company products and build-to-print jobs. Assist Atec Companies with field installation efforts and ongoing field maintenance.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Sustain existing electrical and mechanical designs of equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems as required to support company goals.

+ Review and modify existing drawings and or indented Bills of Material BOM(s) to reflect design updates from engineering.

+ Effectively utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to create purchase requisitions & order parts and track progress of production parts.

+ Determine methods, procedures, and conditions for testing products to verify operability and functionality.

+ Travel to assist Atec companies field installation and preventative maintenance schedules.
