Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated solutions with a keen eye for potential problem sources.
• Drive continuous improvement in recovery processes.
• Provide expert insight and knowledge to our support team and automated operations unit.
• Share domain expertise with the analytics and automation team to bolster case development and analysis.
• Initiate and manage the change introduction impact analysis process.
• Coordinate with external suppliers/partners in case of incidents.
