Support Engineer

Shift: US Day Shift

Contract: 6 Months (Renewable)

Are you a detail-oriented Support Engineer with experience in telecom provisioning and service order management? We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operations environment and collaborating across teams to deliver seamless network services.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end service orders, including new sales, upgrades, and change requests
• Log, track, and maintain service orders in provisioning systems and databases (e.g., Metasolv or similar)
• Provide provisioning-related technical support and troubleshoot service issues
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Network Planning, Operations) and external clients
• Prepare reports and documentation to support service delivery and operations
