Description
As a Support Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality technical support to AMP customers across the United States. Working as part of AMP's extended global support organization, you will assist in resolving customer issues, analyzing logs, documenting recurring problems, and ensuring seamless collaboration with AMP's U.S.-based teams.
This role requires a detail-oriented, technically minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly across time zones, and providing structured, accurate updates on all support activity.
