We are looking for a skilled Cloudera/Kafka Support Engineer (L3) to join our team at Mindteck. If you enjoy working on large-scale data platforms and thrive in a 24/7 support environment, this could be a strong fit.

What you will be working on:
• Can provide L3 support
• Managing and supporting Cloudera CDH clusters (100+ nodes) in production
• Operating Confluent Kafka clusters on Kubernetes
• Handling Kafka deployments including topics, connectors, streams, and schemas (CLI/UI)
• Troubleshooting production issues, log analysis, and incident resolution
• Supporting 24/7 production environments with strict SLA adherence

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix commands
• Proven background in big data production support environments
• Experience with Cloudera administration and upgrades
