Support Engineer

Must be a college graduate of Electrical or Electronic Engineering

• Willing to assign and handle projects within Metro Manila and provinces

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Provide technical support to clients through text, call, email, and actual site technical support.

· Assist Sales in designing certain possible projects for their respective clients.

· Assist Sales in product demonstrations and technical meetings.

· Assist Installers with the encountered system troubles at the site

· Develop and design system components (circuitry) to meet client requirements

· Conduct troubleshooting

· Conduct Programming, testing & Commissioning works.

· Conduct product orientation and system operations & maintenance procedures for end-users.

· Report all client site instructions and reports.
