Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Cloudera/Kafka Support Engineer (L3) to join our team at Mindteck. Title: Kafka Support Engineer Location: Remote Employment Type: Permanent What you will be working on: • Can provide L3 support • Managing and supporting Cloudera CDH clusters (100 nodes) in production • Operating Confluent Kafka clusters on Kubernetes • Handling Kafka deployments including topics, connectors, streams, and schemas (CLI/UI) • Troubleshooting production issues, log analysis, and incident resolution • Supporting 24/7 production environments with strict SLA adherence ✅ What we are looking for: • Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix commands • Proven background in big data production support environments • Experience with Cloudera administration and upgrades • Solid understanding of Kafka ecosystem • Technical skills in SQL, Shell scripting, Python, Ex...
