•
Knowledge of network, TCP/IP, VoIP, with development background
•
Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunication area
•
Experience with products like GPON, XGSPON and network management system
•Hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
•
Very strong competence with proven experience in troubleshooting complex field issues, collaborating closely with TAC and R&D teams to lead issue resolution.
•
Participate in a global on-call rotation to support critical issues.
•
Strong English language skills in communication, hosting meetings, problem solving.
