Job Description
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of all support facilities projects, including office fit-outs, renovations, building repairs, utility upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within approved scope and budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Oversee projects related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and civil works.
- Coordinate space planning, layout design, and office reconfiguration based on operational requirements.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives through project-based improvements.
