Support Manager
to lead
L2/L3 production support operations
for enterprise retail platforms hosted on
Microsoft Azure
, working with cross-regional teams in
Colombia
Role Overview
As a Support Manager, you will own incident management, escalation processes, and service reliability for mission-critical enterprise systems.
You'll act as the
primary escalation point for high-severity (P1/P2) issues
, coordinate L3/L4 support with Engineering and Infrastructure teams, and continuously improve production support frameworks to reduce recurring incidents.
