Role Summary
Sophos is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join the Digital Customer Experience team. At Sophos, our customers are at the heart of what we do, and this role is critical to helping them adopt, optimise, and realise the ongoing value of our products and services.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the global Customer Success, Customer Journey Management, and Product teams to help build and execute customer engagement programs to guide customers through onboarding, drive product adoption, support renewals, and unlock expansion opportunities across Sophos’ cybersecurity solutions. This is a hands‑on role for a marketer who enjoys turning customer insight into repeatable, scalable campaign experiences that deliver impact. Success in this role looks like improved adoption metrics, higher renewal rates, and stronger customer engagement.
