Support Operations Leader

PROSELLER PTE. LTD. is looking for a Support Manager in Singapore to oversee the Client Success and Customer Service teams. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage approximately 15 team members and ensure high-quality customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in operations or customer support, and 1+ years in a management role. The Support Manager will work closely with the CEO to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
