Our team and the individual you will support

As a Support Practitioner, you'll support the individuals with all aspects of daily living, including cooking, support to activities and appointments, managing personal finances, assisting with medication and personal care.

The lady you will be supporting enjoys attending a local group within the community and all things sensory! When she isn't out and about in the community or attending Cornerstone's parties, she enjoys spending time with her family.
