Position Description/Summary

Reportingdirectly to theAgency Director,theSupportServicesSupervisor providesdirectsupervisionand casemanagement totheMental Health, Addictions, Family GroupConferencing, Case TransferWorkerand Post Majority Support Services.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Providesday-to-daysupervision ofthe staff working in departments under his supervision.
• Responsible for planning and coordinatingwork loadincluding the setting of priorities for those under his/her supervision.
• Ensuresthe maintenance of standards of quality of work withinhis/ her departmentsthrough a regular evaluation process.
• Work closely with all other La Ronge ICFS programs and servicesin order toempower familiesand youth.
