Support Services Team Leader MSFS

HammondCare Waratah is currently looking for a Permanent Senior Cook/Chef to join our team.

HammondCare has a unique model of care which places the resident’s needs as our number one priority.

As a part of the Support Service’s Team, you will support our model of care by delivering high quality meals within the MAIN KITCHEN at our Waratah Facility catering for our 232 residents in accordance with the organisational mission and mission in action statement.

Core Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Support Services Manager you will be responsible for;

Leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of five staff within the main kitchen. This includes overseeing staff performance to ensure efficient operations.
