Support Specialist (Customer Service & Collections) – Remote
Join Savvy Loans, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Support Specialist Work fully remote (Texas/US hours) helping customers via phone, email, and chat. Manage loan applications, account inquiries, and collections professionally and empathetically.
This position requires availability to work 9AM-6PM CST to align with our Texas/US timezone operations.
What you'll do:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries
- Demonstrate conversational English proficiency for effective customer communication
- Assist customers with loan applications and account questions
- Manage collections inquiries with empathy and compliance
- Escalate complex issues to the right teams
