Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to transport.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Support Team Leader to oversee staff and ensure high‑quality supported housing services for vulnerable adults, including people experiencing homelessness and substance misuse. You'll lead a team, coordinate support delivery, and help maintain safe, well‑managed accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Leadership

• Supervise, train, and develop Support Workers.
• Manage staffing levels and complete annual appraisals.
• Support staff development and training plans.

Support Delivery

• Ensure all residents have up‑to‑date, person‑centred support plans.
