• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• NDIS worker orientation module.
• NDIS Worker Screening check

Position Summary :

The Support Worker delivers high-quality, person-centred care to consumers living with disability, ageing needs, or complex health conditions. This hands-on role provides personal care, domestic assistance, community access, health monitoring, and goal-focused support in accordance with individual Care Plans.
