The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Disability support worker to be a part of our team in Homebush.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
