genU is looking for Support workers in Bunbury who can team up with our customers to help them unleash their full potential. You will be making a real impact by helping people with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement.

What you’ll do
Support person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals and working to achieve them;

Join customers in the community and do recreational activities;

Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting, medication administration and attending appointments;

Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed; and

Administration duties and mandatory reporting
