Service User: Adult male, 30 years old, with acquired brain injury and spinal injury

Role Overview

We are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a 30-year-old adult living with complex neurological needs, including acquired brain injury (ABI) and spinal injury, in the Hornchurch area.

The role is community-based and requires a car driver with access to a vehicle to support appointments, activities, and independence.

You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with an individualised care plan, promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
