Support Worker Needed

Full time Support Worker Required  

To provide a flexible support service to an adult male with an acquired brain injury.

Our client is fully mobile, and capable of all functions of normal life, a requirement of prompts and reminders will be required, and assisting with normal daily requirements. 

Acting in an enabling capacity, the role will be to support with appointments and correspondence, motivate and encourage the client in accessing leisure, health and social services as well as supporting and encouraging activities of daily living. 

The ideal candidate would enjoy supporting the client with outdoor activities and socialising in the community, transporting the client to activities and events, and assisting the client with his dog’s needs when required. 

The applicant will also have a full UK driving licence as ongoing driving duties will be required, as well as covering support staff for holidays, sickness, and absence.
