Pinnacle Support Services is a Mandurah-based, family-run NDIS provider offering compassionate, person-centred support designed to help individuals live more independently and with dignity. We specialise in community access, domestic assistance, transport, group activities, counselling, support coordination and psycho-social recovery coaching — always tailoring our care to each person’s unique needs and goals. At the heart of our work is respect, empowerment and genuine connection: we strive to make every client feel seen, valued and in control of their own journey under the NDIS.

About You :

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check (where applicable)

Current Driver’s Licence
