At Bright Futures, we believe every person with autism or a learning disability deserves the chance to thrive. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our specialist home in Stockton Heath, Warrington, to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support.

Job Role

Our Stockton Heath service is one of Bright Futures’ most established adult homes, made up of two properties, Bridgewell and Coach House, just a short walk from the busy village centre. The homes offer a warm, structured and community-focused setting where adults are supported to feel safe, settled and engaged both day and night.

The individuals we support each have their own routines, interests and communication needs, and staff play an important role in helping them enjoy the activities they love whether that’s walking, sports, music, Disney films, reading, games, family time, or trips into the commun...
