We work in partnership with people and families who need individualised support services due to disability, ageing or mental ill-health.

Avivo is seeking Support Workers with extensive experience supporting individuals living with Dementia and Parkinson’s. This hands‑on role includes personal care, domestic assistance, and community access support. Opportunities are available across West Perth, East Perth, and the Perth CBD.

We provide all the training you need — all you bring is a positive, can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn. This is meaningful work where skills, reliability, and genuine compassion make a real difference.

Availability is essential, as we have a variety of shifts that need consistent coverage, including :

• Mondays: required all day
• Wednesdays: 9am- 1pm
• Fridays: 8am - 1pm

What You’ll Do:
