Job Description

POSITION TYPE FULL-TIME (8:30 am – 8:30 pm or 8:30 pm – 8:30 am)
WATSONS WAY HOMES INC. is responsible to provide a safe, caring environment for youth and young adults that are in their care.
Position Summary

This position is responsible for working effectively with team members in providing all aspects of care for children/ youth placed in the home, including provision for their physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs.

The successful candidate will meet the following conditions of employment:
Ability to provide guidance and supervision to the youth and young adults in daily activities and establish a routine. Be able to assist youth to learn required skills to transition to independent living.

Ability to genuinely and supportively care for youth in crisis

Ability to establish strong, positive working relationships with co-workers

Knowledge, understanding of Indigenous history...
