Please see Additional Information section below.*** You will serve as a Supervisory Environmental Engineer/Natural Resources Specialist/Physical Scientist in CFAY/CNRJ of COMFLEACT YOKOSUKA. Responsibilities You will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of a broad environmental protection program and ensuring environmental compliance in all environmental media. You will act as the Environmental Management System (EMS) Representative to the Installation Commanding Officer (ICO). You will represent the installation in resolving compliance issues with regulators. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinate staff; set and adjust short-term priorities; and schedule work completion.
