Supervise team to execute toolroom production operation and keep continuous improvement (e.g. new equipment, technology and material introduction, process optimization, employee suggestions adoption etc.) with the objective of ensuring toolroom production operation run smoothly and on time delivery , and improve product quality, Designing of electrodes, production efficiency and reduce product scrap rate within company and toolroom production policies and procedures

**People Management and Development**
(i) Allocate and balance work across direct reports;
