Provides technical support for the maintenance and infrastructure of the facility in a corporate or manufacturing site or facility.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day facility operations, including building, equipment, utilities, and grounds maintenance.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost‑effectiveness, and compliance with TE standards.
• Ensure facilities comply with local regulations, EHS standards, and corporate sustainability goals.
• Support plant operations by ensuring reliable supply of utilities such as electricity, water, compressed air, and HVAC systems.
• Lead and develop a team of technicians to drive efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
