**Job Overview**

Supervises the activities of employees engaged in the tooling activities and liaises with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.

**Job Requirements**

+ Enforcing safety regulations, demonstrating equipment operations, work, and safety procedures to new employees, and verifying that the processes are completed on time and accurately.
+ Monitoring and reporting on plating department KPIs, driving actions to close gaps, and supporting continuous improvement programs and initiatives.
