We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Surface Grinder to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for grinding precision tool steel products to meet strict tolerance specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate auto surface grinding machines to achieve high‑precision finishes.
• Perform grinding tasks specifically on flat surfaces of various tool steel components.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement specifications.
• Select the appropriate grinding wheels and dressing tools for different types of tool steel.
• Conduct self‑inspections using precision measuring instruments (Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Dial Gauges).
• Ensure grinding quality meets tolerance and workmanship standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and perform basic machine maintenance.
