Your new role 
Objectives:Assist the operation head in coordinating operational activities to ensure smooth factory operations.On-time deliveryProduction OEE (Capacity analysis, UP improvement, Yield or scrap improvement)Operation cost management (Operation expenses, OSP)Inventory management (Inventory and aging)
Develop and establish effective systems to monitor operation goals and implement measuring, tracking, and alert systems to identify improvement opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
