Surgery - Cardiovascular Physician Assistant

Cardiac surgery NP/PAs needed at a highly esteemed hospital in Maryland

Locums or locums to perm
Immediate start (temp privs) 3-6mo.

5 years of vein harvesting/OR experience required - Hemopro vein harvesting system

Can be PA or NP/RNFA (RN first assist certified)

• First assist/second assist
• VAD/transplant/ECMO experience required
• Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)
• Valve Repairs and Replacements
• Aortic Arch Replacement
• Pacemaker Insertions
• Endoscopic Vein Harvesting

6-8 cases/day
EPIC EMR

40 hours a week; four 10 hour shifts

Four 10 hour shifts, one weekly night on call & weekend call required (Fri night through Sunday) - in a rotational on-call schedule with current team members
