Job Description

                    We are actively recruiting a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant for an ongoing locums opportunity in Tennessee.

Opportunity Details:
June 2026 through December 2026 coverage needed
Inpatient setting
Scheduled clinical coverage plus call
Cerner EMR
Approximately 10 patients per shift
Flexible scheduling discussions available
Clinical Responsibilities:
First assist in Cardiothoracic Surgery
CABG and open-heart procedures
Valve repair and replacement
EVH / vein harvesting
CVICU and critical care management
Pre and post-operative care
Chest tube and central line placement
Requirements:
Board Certified PA
Cardiothoracic Surgery experience required
ACLS required
Strong surgical and perioperative experience
