Surgery - General Physician Assistant

Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need

Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search

Practice Setting:

• OR coverage
• General Surgery is the highest priority however Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Urology and ENT may need coverage as well
• Average 90-110 cases per week, 10-30 cases per day

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4:30p
• Rotating weekend coverage
• No call coverage required

Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric

EMR: EPIC

Credentialing: 60 days

Requirements:

• Active Georgia licensure
• Board certification
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 1-year General Surgery experience or equivalent
