Physician led non-profit Health System seeks a Neurosurgeon 2 hours east of Dallas TX! and 2 hours from Little Rock Arkansas Caring and warm Texas town - words cant describe how wonderful and welcoming these people are!

This role:
 2 neurosurgeons now
1:4 call
$740,000.00 base salary plus 100-300k in bonuses - $1,000,000 plus earnings annually 
3 days OR, 2 days clinic
$1600 per 24 hours of call

The area s preferred multi-specialty medical group
Over 1400 physicians and advance practice providers representing 41 specialties in 82 clinic locations throughout 3 states 
A physician-led group with its own board of directors
All leaders are paired with physicians in all decision making
