Open dates: June to June 
Board Certified: Yes
Coverage: 24 hours per day. on-call 24/hrs (including weekends & nights). Not required to be in-house.
Requirements: angiogram, mechanical thrombectomy, coiling, stenting
Patient Volume: 10
EMR: Patient Keeper/Meditech
