Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a compassionate Surgery Scheduler to join our Inland Shoulder Team.

This position will be located at our New Spokane, WA Clinic.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Practice Manager, the surgery scheduler is responsible for ensuring surgical cases are scheduled accurately using both manual and automated systems, facilitating telephone messages and usage with a high level of service, and assisting in medical records management to support the completion of accurate medical documents. The scheduler maintains accurate records associated with scheduling and processing of patient documentation, utilizes automated systems to support scheduling functions, and works effectively under pressure, demanding patience, tact, stamina, and endurance.
