Surgical Care Sales Representative – Omaha, NE – Orthopaedic Instruments

****This role is 20% overnight travel, with 95% daily driving. Up to 3 to 5 overnights a month.****

**What You’ll Do**

As a Surgical Care Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth within your assigned territory by taking a consultative, relationship-focused approach to supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient outcomes.

You will partner closely with Orthopaedic Instruments sales teams and collaborate across functions to build pipeline, close business, and expand existing accounts.

+ Own and manage a defined geographic territory, executing a strategic plan to meet or exceed sales quotas
+ Prospect, cold call, and develop new business across hospitals, surgery centers, and wound care clinics
+ Engage with physicians, nurses, and clinical stakeholders to understand needs and recommend solutions
