Surgical Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities: Provide frontline customer service
Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
Handling phone calls and inquiries
Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
Handle administrative, clinical duties, simple procedures and ad-hoc duties
Requirements: Has worked in a surgical clinic of at least 1 year
Expect to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to handle stress and multitask
Have good communication skills
Able to commit to a full-time job
Knowledge in medical insurance processing
IT savvy
Able to start work immediately / within a month upon confirmation
