The Surgical Specialist (SS) is a member of a highly focused and specialised sales channel dedicated to driving the adoption of surgical techniques and technologies selected by Applied Medical as a core part of the national growth strategy, which support us in making a meaningful and positive difference in healthcare.

The Surgical Specialist Team is across Australia and New Zealand that reports to the Surgical Solutions Manager (SSM) and are geographically aligned with the Regional/Country Sales Teams for the purposes of shared sales opportunities and responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

 Promoting Surgical Innovations: Actively generate interest and facilitate the development of selected surgical techniques and technologies through various channels.

 Surgeon Selection and Training: Identify and vet surgeons or candidates for training, ensuring successful product adoption within the surgical community.
