Surgical Treatment Manager

Job Summary

Time for a change and a challenge? We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Surgical Treatment Manager (treatment coordinator) to oversee the coordination and administration of surgical procedures within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and proficiency in detail management. Cleardent experience is an asset. RDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the surgical department, treatment planning and schedules
• Coordinate scheduling of surgical procedures/patient coordination
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and RDA's to facilitate seamless surgical care delivery
• Proven experience in dental or medical office management, preferably within a surgical or hospital setting is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
