Essential Duties Include The Following

• Prepares monthly surplus lines submissions for assigned states.
• Reconciles tax reports to the general ledger and prepares payment and correcting journal entries for assigned states.
• Prepares quarterly, semiannual, or annual surplus lines tax reports for assigned states.
• Prepares surplus lines tax accounts monthly reconciliation and coordinates with data control to correct any set-up, programming, or downloading errors.
