Surveillance Officer

A vacancy exists in the Operations Department for an Operations Surveillance Officer in both our East London Offices. Reporting to the Operations Manager - Offsite Monitoring. The CCTV Operator will be responsible, but not limited to, monitoring the cameras and compiling reports on what was observed.  To oversee the protection of restaurant sites through monitoring and regulating the company's procedure.

In summary the ideal candidate should have a clear criminal record; control room environment experience; be organized with good time management skills; have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; be a team-player; be responsible and reliable, have highly methodical working methods; monitor CCTV cameras and initiate the appropriate response to suspicious activities; perform administration duties relating to a control room environment and ensure that all control room registers are completed accurately and neatly.
