. This role is responsible for ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance in live surveillance monitoring and reporting for
US-based clients

US-based timings (Pakistan time: Evening & Night)

Salary Range:
PKR 13,000 – 40,000 (based on experience & skills)

Responsibilities:

• Review and audit live surveillance monitoring activities
• Ensure incident and surveillance reports are accurate, detailed, and compliant with SOPs
• Prepare and submit live surveillance reports every 3 hours with strict adherence to timelines and accuracy
• Monitor reporting consistency and ensure no gaps in scheduled live updates
• Identify missed incidents, reporting gaps, and quality issues
