Job Summary:
The Survey Aide assists the Surveyor and Instrument Man in conducting land and engineering surveys. This role involves supporting field operations, handling surveying tools and equipment, and ensuring accurate and efficient data gathering under the supervision of licensed survey personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and operating surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, levels, and prism rods.
• Help in marking points, setting stakes, and measuring distances, elevations, and angles.
• Clear survey lines and areas using hand tools (e.g., bolo, machete, brush hook).
• Record field data and notes accurately as instructed by the Surveyor or Instrument Man.
• Carry and maintain survey tools, stakes, nails, lathes, hubs, and other field materials.
• Ensure all survey instruments and equipment are properly handled, cleaned, and stored after use.
