Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Survey CAD Technician to produce high-quality ALTA surveys, plats, easements, topographic surveys, and legal descriptions. The ideal candidate will transform raw field data into clean, accurate Civil 3D deliverables with minimal oversight. You will lead point cloud registration efforts and support LiDAR and drone data processing, while preparing clear, client-ready exhibits for engineering and development teams.
Responsibilities

+ Produce high-quality ALTA surveys, plats, easements, topographic surveys, and legal descriptions.

+ Convert raw field data into clean and accurate Civil 3D deliverables with minimal oversight.

+ Lead point cloud registration efforts and support LiDAR and drone data processing.
