Overview
We are seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to support a large highway design project. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for a dependable professional who can lead survey operations safely and efficiently while collaborating with office and field teams.
Responsibilities

+ Coordinate daily with field coordinators, project managers, and office staff

+ Supervise survey crew members and ensure quality data collection

+ Perform daily data uploads/downloads and maintain survey equipment

+ Assist with field work as needed, including equipment transport and site preparation

+ Follow all safety regulations and company policies

+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving evolving survey technology
