Base pay range: $141,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

• Acts in responsible charge of survey project deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget.
• Leads and executes projects from initiation through delivery by coordinating, supervising, and directing survey project team(s) and strengthening ongoing client relationships.
• Assists in reviewing and negotiating contracts and contract amendments to manage and mitigate risks; analyzes and communicates risks and potential financial losses with supervisor.
• Participates in proposal development and project interviews; learns how to lead project pursuits in coordination with the regional Business Development Manager.
• Maintains and builds the company's reputation as a preferred choice for survey services.
• Supervises all aspects of assigned projects to maximize project profit while reducing risk.
