JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree Engineering/Architecture or any equivalent course.
• Preferably with 6 months to 1 year work experience in an Interior Fit Out Construction.

JOB DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishment of horizontal and vertical control points within the project area;
• Establishment of construction gridlines for Vertical Projects;
• Lay-out of the building footprint for Vertical Projects;
• Perform survey computation, both manual and computerized;
• Conduct as-built, settings and other layout surveys; lot monument for subdivisions;
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time;
• Ensure the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the project; and
• Perform tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company's standards
• * Knowledgeable in Building Surveyor
